Turkey is one of the most historical countries in the world. For many thousands of years, Anatolia held many many different cultures and civilizations. Hittites, Asyrians, Ephesians, Ionians, Lydians, Romans, Greeks are just some of those cultures...

Therefore, in Anatolia, every step is completely different. At every corner, you can find a different taste of civilization. You can see a mosque and a church and a synagogue in the same place.

For example, in Ephesus, when you walk around the ruins it is possible to see three different civilizations at the same time.

...And Istanbul is the unique city where you can walk from one continent to another. By crossing a bridge, you can go from Asia to Europe.
